The Patient Advocate works to support you the patient and your family during your stay or visit to Erie Shores HealthCare.
The Patient Advocate assists patients and families who are experiencing difficulty, or who may have questions, concerns or even a compliment about their care or service at ESHC. If a concern arises during hospitalization, we want to know about it.
